STL, OBJ, STEP, STP, 3MF, IGES, DWG, DXF, FBX. If you do not have a 3D file, we can create one from 2D drawings, photographs, or an existing physical part.

We use handheld structured-light scanners for small-to-medium objects (sub-100 micron accuracy), terrestrial LiDAR for buildings and infrastructure (2–6 mm), and photogrammetry for large-scale outdoor capture.

Yes. We routinely scan buildings up to 10,000+ m² and site areas using combined terrestrial LiDAR and drone photogrammetry workflows.

BIM modeling (Revit LOD 200–400), Scan-to-BIM, BIM Execution Plan (BEP) consulting, clash detection, 4D/5D BIM, and training for in-house teams.

LOD 200 (schematic), LOD 300 (design development), LOD 350 (coordination), and LOD 400 (fabrication). LOD can be mixed per element category to balance cost and accuracy.

Slovenia and Croatia require BIM for most public projects already. Serbia mandates BIM for buildings above 10,000 m² starting 1 January 2028. Montenegro is finalizing guidelines through ISME TK019 — we are active members of that committee.

Yes. We can draft a BEP for your specific project defining LOD per discipline, naming conventions, coordinate systems, exchange formats, and clash rules. We also consult on existing BEPs that need refinement.

Within CEFTA/WB6 countries there are no customs delays for most deliverables. For EU and worldwide shipments we handle export documentation. Digital deliverables (BIM models, point clouds, 3D scans) are unaffected by customs.

Yes. We regularly visit client sites across the Adria region for scanning, surveys, and scoping meetings. Facility visits to our Ulcinj office can also be arranged.

For production projects we typically request a 30–50% deposit at kickoff, with the balance due on delivery. For very small orders we invoice the full amount upfront. Terms are always agreed in writing before work starts.

Yes. We sign NDAs on request and treat all client files as confidential by default. Files are stored securely and never shared outside the production team.

We include a 30-day support period on all deliverables and fix any issues that stem from our side at no charge. If a specific outcome is critical, we recommend defining acceptance criteria in the scoping phase so expectations are explicit.
