1. Services

3DEXPERTS DOO ("we", "us") provides 3D printing, 3D scanning, BIM consulting, digital engineering, heritage digitization, CNC machining, and drone services. All services are subject to individual project agreements.

2. Quotes & Orders

Quotes provided through our website are estimates and may be adjusted based on final design review. A quote becomes binding only upon written confirmation from both parties. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Intellectual Property

Files and designs submitted by clients remain the intellectual property of the client. We do not share, reproduce, or distribute client files without explicit permission. We may retain files for the duration needed to fulfill the order.

4. Liability

We make reasonable efforts to deliver services to the agreed specifications. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith. We will communicate proactively if delays are expected. Shipping costs and risk of loss transfer to the client upon handover to the shipping carrier.

6. Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ulcinj, Montenegro.
