1. Data Controller

3DEXPERTS DOO, Ulcinj, Montenegro ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website (3dexperts.me).

Contact: info@3dexperts.me

2. Data We Collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through our contact or quote request forms:

• Name and email address
• Project description and service requirements
• Files you upload (STL, STEP, IFC, etc.)

3. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to your inquiry and provide quotes
• To deliver the services you request
• To communicate about your project

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that uses no cookies, stores no data in your browser, and does not fingerprint or track you across sites. In addition, a small number of anonymous product events (for example, which material and technology a visitor selected in the instant quote calculator) are recorded on our own Cloudflare infrastructure. These events contain no personal data, no IP address, and no identifier that could be traced back to you. No consent banner is required.

5. File Storage

Files uploaded through our quote form are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure (EU/US regions). Files are used solely for quoting and project delivery and are deleted upon project completion or upon your request.

6. Email Communication

Form submissions are processed via Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon Web Services, EU — Frankfurt region), a transactional email service. Your email address is used only to reply to your inquiry.

Messages you write in the chat on this website are answered by an AI model running on Cloudflare Workers AI. We do not use them to train models. If you leave your contact details in the chat, the conversation is emailed to us so we can reply.

Online card payments, where offered, are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives your name, email and card details; we receive only the payment confirmation. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise these rights, email us at info@3dexperts.me.

8. Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect technical data (IP addresses, access logs) as part of their infrastructure. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
