Terms of Service

1. Who we are

3DEXPERTS DOO, Ulcinj, Montenegro ("we", "us") provides 3D printing, 3D scanning, BIM consulting, digital engineering and heritage digitization, and arranges CNC machining and drone work through partners. 3D printed parts are produced by our contracted production partners; we remain your contract party and responsible for the order. 2. Quotes and orders

Prices shown by the online calculator are estimates. Sending a request through the website is not an order and costs nothing: we check your files and send a quote with the final price, lead time and shipping cost.

An order is placed only when you confirm our quote in writing (email is enough). Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. VAT is added at the standard rate of the delivery country (for example 21% in Montenegro, 19% in Germany); for countries outside our VAT table no VAT is added, and any import VAT or duties there are yours to pay (see Shipping). Your quote and the checkout show the net amount, the VAT and the total.

3. Lead time

Production of 3D printed parts takes 10–20 working days from order confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit, plus shipping. The quote states the expected date. If a delay is expected, we tell you as soon as we know; you may then cancel the parts not yet in production and get back what you paid for them.

4. Payment

The quote states the payment schedule. Production starts once the agreed deposit (usually 50%) is received; the balance is due before shipping unless agreed otherwise. Project services (scanning, BIM) are invoiced as stated in the project agreement.

Online card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. If an order paid online cannot be produced, we refund the full amount to the same card.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you buy as a consumer at a distance, you may withdraw from a contract for standard goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason, by telling us at info@3dexperts.me. We refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the goods back; you bear the cost of returning them.

This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — which includes parts printed from files you supply — or to digital content and services already fully performed with your prior agreement. Before production starts you may still cancel an order; we refund what you paid less costs already incurred, which we show you.

7. Complaints and defects

Check the parts when they arrive. If a part does not match the confirmed order — wrong material, dimensions outside the agreed tolerance, damage in transit — tell us at info@3dexperts.me with photos and your order number. We confirm receipt within 1 business day and answer in writing within 8 days.

Where the defect is ours, we reprint the part or refund it, at your choice. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Montenegrin law are not affected.

8. Your files and intellectual property

Files and designs you send remain yours. We share them only with the production partner making your order, never publish them, and keep them only as long as needed for the order and its support. You confirm that you have the right to have the submitted designs produced.

9. Liability

We deliver to the agreed specification. Unless the law requires otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage. Suitability of a part for a specific use — especially load-bearing, medical or safety-critical use — is for you to verify.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in Montenegro; a consumer may also rely on the courts and protections of their place of residence where the law provides so.
