What you get

Parts up to 1370 mm

Five machining processes, from precision parts up to 500 × 310 × 200 mm to large frames and moulds up to 1370 × 700 × 600 mm.

Production metals

Aluminium 6061 and 7075, stainless 303/304/316L, alloy steels 4130–4340, tool steel, titanium Grade 5, brass, bronze and copper.

Engineering plastics

POM/Delrin, PA66, PEEK including medical grade, ULTEM, PTFE, polycarbonate and acrylic.

Finished, not just cut

Anodizing, bead blasting, powder coating, electroplating and polishing in the same order. 3D-printed parts can get machined faces too.

How it works

  1. 1

    Send STEP and drawing

A STEP file and a PDF drawing with tolerances, threads, material and finish. Quantity per part.

  2. 2

    Review and quote

We check manufacturability, suggest changes that lower the price, and send a written quote with lead time.

  3. 3

    Machining and inspection

Parts are machined, finished and checked against your drawing before packing.

  4. 4

    Delivery

Shipped to your address, or picked up in Ulcinj.

Frequently asked questions

What files do you need?

A STEP (or other solid CAD) file for geometry and a PDF drawing for tolerances, threads, surface finish and material. An STL alone is not enough for machining.

What tolerances can you hold?

We work to the tolerances on your drawing. Where a dimension has no tolerance, general tolerances are agreed in the quote. Tight-tolerance parts go to precision machining.

What is the minimum quantity?

One part. The unit price drops with quantity because setup is shared across the batch.

Can you combine CNC with 3D printing?

Yes. A printed metal or nylon part can get machined faces, threads and bores, which is often cheaper than machining the whole part from solid.
