Production 10–20 working days from order confirmation, plus shipping. The exact date is in your quote.
Where we ship
Montenegro, the Adria region, the EU and worldwide. Digital deliverables (BIM models, point clouds, 3D files) are sent online.
Shipping cost and method
The shipping cost and method depend on size, weight and destination, and are stated in your quote before you confirm the order. You get the tracking number when the parcel leaves.
Customs and import taxes
If import duties or taxes apply to your shipment, we tell you before you confirm the order and state who pays them.
Risk and damaged parcels
For consumers, the risk passes when you receive the parcel; for business customers, when it is handed to the carrier, unless the quote says otherwise. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the parts and write to info@3dexperts.me within 7 days — we arrange a reprint or refund as described in the Terms, section 7.
Pickup
Pickup in Ulcinj is possible by arrangement.
