Isn't the bill of quantities part of the main design?
It is. When it goes into the main design in Montenegro, it is signed by the licensed designer of that project; we prepare the take-off. The service is also for investors who want an independent estimate and contractors who need quantities for a bid.
Which formats do you accept?
DWG, DXF, PDF, IFC and Revit (RVT). Scanned drawings without dimensions are not enough.
How is it priced?
By gross floor area, from €0.80/m² with a minimum of €250 per project, excluding VAT. Infrastructure and complex building services are quoted per project.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the building and how complete the drawings are. Your quote states the timeline.
